He made no part of the estimate process into headache compared to some other contractors and his bid ended up being the most reasonable. “We had gotten hammered by the wind and rain during Christmas and New Years storms causing the rain water to leak through our roof... I called Vince with Shield Roofing for an estimate. His response time was very fast and was able to schedule me in promptly. His inspection was thorough and honest and was able to locate root cause of leaking... Vince was straight up with his estimate and was fair as well. The quality of his work was good and well done. It has not rained yet since the repair, only time will tell... But we were told by Vince that his work was guaranteed and that if it was to continue to leak he would take care of it. All in all Vince was professional and fair, and would recommend him.
